Hiring: Business Development Manager – Fit-Out | Dubai

WhiteMonde Interior Designs & Fit-Outs LLC is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Fit-Out to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and secure fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new fit-out business opportunities.
• Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, property managers, contractors, and clients.
• Research market trends and upcoming projects.
• Generate leads and secure profitable fit-out contracts.
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand market presence.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out market.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
