Our team works collaboratively with lenders and corporate partners nationally to deliver specialist financial solutions to employees and organisations. Do work that matters As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing CommBank’s home lending portfolio by connecting corporate partners with our lending teams. You will support lenders to build strong workplace relationships, create sustainable pipelines and enhance the visibility of the Commonwealth Bank brand. More specifically you will Identify, develop and manage corporate partnerships aligned to the Workplace & Employee Banking Program. Support lenders and peers to generate high-quality home lending opportunities. Attend face-to-face meetings with corporate partners to drive engagement and outcomes. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Institutional, Corporate, Private, Premier, Mobile, Business Banking and Branch networks. Contribute to business planning by identifying growth opportunities and areas for continuous improvement within your portfolio. Manage risk by adhering to compliance, referral source and wellbeing program standards. We want to hear from people who have Proven experience sourcing, establishing and managing external business partnerships. A demonstrated understanding of residential lending processes and terminology. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience in business development roles within financial services. Confidence navigating and applying bank technology and systems.
