Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join a family-run business in Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in food sales to take ownership of a Northern Ireland territory, driving both B2B and select retail sales, while managing and developing existing client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the food sector, focusing primarily on B2B channels including food-service, hospitality, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to win new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and on boarding.
  • Work closely with the operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
