What you’ll do: As a Business Development Manager for EMEA, you will drive end-to-end sales processes and build long-term strategic partnerships across the region. Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation to closing. Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities across markets, clients, and partnerships. Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales targets Take full ownership of regional goals, working closely with senior stakeholders and C-level executives Develop tailored value propositions based on deep understanding of client needs Build and manage long-term commercial relationships, driving upsell and expansion opportunities Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to translate market insights and client feedback into product improvements Represent WSC Sports at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements Partner with Customer Success to maximize value and growth across existing accounts Requirements What you’ll need: 3–5 years of business development experience in a B2B SaaS environment Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) - a MUST Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles end-to-end Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple processes simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports landscape Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed Bonus Points: Experience in the sports media or sports tech industry, specifically within sport clubs, is a big plus. Experience working in multinational environments. Fluency in Italian / French / Portuguese - a big plus.
