Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a commercially-savvy and strategic B2B Manager to spearhead our business-to-business growth at Yorkshire Dental Suite. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to develop partnerships that deliver mutual value — from corporate health plans and referral networks to influencer collaborations and insurer relationships. You’ll lead initiatives that drive revenue, enhance brand positioning, and open up new growth channels for the clinic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a B2B strategy to grow corporate and referral partnerships.
  • Identify and approach local/national businesses, healthcare providers, insurers, and affiliates.
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, partners, and referrers.
  • Create tailored proposals and partnership packages aligned with business needs.
  • Work with marketing to design B2B campaigns, content, and lead-generation tools.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless onboarding and account management.
  • Analyse performance metrics and report on KPIs, lead conversion, and ROI.
  • Represent Yorkshire Dental Suite at networking events, conferences, and business expos.
