Responsibilities

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in building our client base, raising brand awareness, and ensuring smooth daily operations for both clients and workers. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to shape our UK presence from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Growth: Identify and win new business opportunities across key industries.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Drive revenue and hit KPIs through smart, strategic selling.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Champion the Brand: Represent YY Circle at events, meetings, and through targeted promotional activity.
  • Know the Market: Conduct competitor and customer research to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, ops, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and workers.
  • Support Daily Operations: Help oversee the day-to-day needs of both clients and staff on our platform.
  • Track & Improve: Report regularly on pipeline, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
