  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (marketing experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a growth-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident presence.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Pitch with Confidence: Introduce and promote BlueBox smart locker solutions through engaging, consultative communication—both online and in person.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide a standout customer experience at every touchpoint to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Craft Winning Materials: Prepare polished proposals, presentations, and emails that make a clear, compelling case for our solutions.
  • Network Strategically: Develop and maintain meaningful connections with decision-makers and key industry influencers.
  • Negotiate with Professionalism: Handle contracts and agreements confidently, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Stay Organized: Keep CRM records, documents, and workflows updated and accurate for team visibility.
