As a Business Development Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, fostering partnerships, and executing innovative marketing strategies. Working closely with the Account Manager, you’ll help identify new opportunities, manage campaigns, and contribute to the continued success of our influencer marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with business development tasks, including list building and pitching.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients and talent.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, sales leads, and emerging opportunities in influencer marketing.
  • Organize, track, and communicate inbound requests for talent clients.
  • Help build and maintain a diverse network of influencers across multiple platforms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
  • Source and evaluate influencers to ensure brand alignment and successful collaborations.
  • Support the execution of full-scale influencer marketing campaigns, including social media activations and experiential events.
  • Manage project tasks such as data entry, reporting, and tracking deadlines for internal and external projects.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site activations and manage project timelines.
  • Generate campaign reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and execution of internal social media and digital marketing strategies, including the company newsletter.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, participate in professional development opportunities, and share insights with the team.
