We are seeking a driven and versatile Business Development & Marketing Executive to help grow our contract cleaning business. This dual role combines new business acquisition with marketing and brand development, offering the chance to make a real impact on revenue growth and company profile.
Role: Business Development & Marketing Executive
Location: Leamington Spa (office-based 3 days per week, plus client visits)
Salary: £30000 - 32000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 – £56,000+)

• Identify, pursue, and secure new contract cleaning opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Deliver proposals, presentations, and site surveys with professionalism.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage company website, social media, and email campaigns to generate leads.
• Represent Bowdraper at networking events and industry forums.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report performance.
