ROLE OVERVIEW

Innova Healthcare UK Ltd is a trusted provider of high-quality domiciliary and specialist care services. We are seeking a results-driven and personable Business Development & Marketing Executive to lead our service growth, strengthen local partnerships, and build awareness of our care services through proactive outreach and community engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in business development, relationship management, and healthcare promotion—someone who enjoys meeting people, developing partnerships, and helping care services grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement local business development strategies to promote our care services
  • Identify and engage new referral sources, including GPs, pharmacies, social workers, care coordinators, and local support organisations
  • Support service growth by identifying new areas of opportunity and following up on leads
  • Represent the organisation at healthcare events, networking meetings, and community forums
  • Develop printed promotional materials (e.g. flyers, brochures) and assist with community-based marketing initiatives
  • Maintain regular contact with partners and stakeholders to build trust and long-term collaboration
  • Monitor outcomes from outreach activities and report progress against goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and promote awareness of service offerings
