JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven and organised Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our pre-construction department within the construction industry. This is a mid-level role suited to someone with a few years’ experience who is confident in both generating opportunities and delivering marketing activity. The role will focus on building relationships, supporting tender and bid processes, and implementing marketing campaigns that raise the company’s profile and support business growth.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to represent the company externally.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Competence in creating marketing materials and managing social media platforms.
• Understanding of the construction industry, procurement routes, and tendering processes (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail in bid preparation and written communications.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) or CRM systems is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years’ experience in a business development, marketing, or combined role, ideally within the construction, property, or related industries.
• Experience supporting tenders, bids, or client proposals.
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or Construction-related discipline preferred but not essential.
