Description

We are working with a leading international law firm seeking a Senior Executive (Business Development & Marketing) to join their Singapore office on a fixed-term contract assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support business development and marketing initiatives across multiple practice areas, including Corporate, Finance, and Disputes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Southeast Asia to drive client engagement and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with practice and industry teams to deliver business development strategies aligned with firm objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, and client presentations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage submissions for legal directories and awards in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, communications, and profile-raising activities.

About You

  • Prior experience in business development and marketing within a law firm or professional services environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different teams.
  • Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Additional language skills in Bahasa and/or Mandarin will be viewed favourably
  • A team-player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
