A boutique law firm with a market-leading litigation practice is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager. This is a high-impact role with genuine autonomy, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to make a measurable difference to the firm’s growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Developing and executing the business development strategy for the firm
• Leading high-value pitches, proposals
• Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into revenue
• Working closely with partners to drive client engagement and practice initiatives
• Strengthening relationships with key clients and building new ones with target prospects
• Using market insight and competitor intelligence to shape strategic priorities
• Reporting to senior leadership with performance metrics, pipeline updates, and growth plans
