Infinity Health Community Clinic is a patient-centered healthcare provider offering primary care, HIV/PrEP, Hepatitis C, STI services, weight loss management, and mental health care. Our mission is to serve the Miami Gardens community with compassion, accessibility, and excellence.
We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Specialist who can drive patient growth, build partnerships, and secure Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with community partners, shelters, detox centers, and other healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital, community, and referral-based) to increase patient volume.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with shelters, jails, detox centers, housing programs, and other healthcare providers.
• Draft and close MOAs/MOUs to establish sustainable referral pipelines.
• Represent Infinity Health at community events, health fairs, and outreach activities.
• Manage clinic branding on Google Business, social media, and local directories.
• Track outreach activities and measure marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or community services.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals (MOA/MOU partnerships).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Familiarity with Miami-Dade community healthcare landscape is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $62,145.42 per year
