The Sales and Business Development Manager for SecID and Payment solutions will be responsible for driving NXP’s eGovernment and Payment portfolio throughout India. You will focus your efforts on driving demand creation activities at customers and eco-system partners in the area of ID, Passports, MIFARE, and payment - where innovation and integration of smart payment and ID solutions evolves. You will work closely with the marketing champions and be part of a high performing team, that is leading and shaping our future business with a group of the biggest and most innovative customers/partners in the card payment and E-Government industry. With your knowledge and experience, you will cultivate design in opportunities, drive roadmaps, and be accountable in executing our growth strategy. As a Sales and Business Development Manager in this group you’ll be part of a global go-to Market team that delivers growth by building and maintaining strong relationships in the market . You will leverage your knowledge and network of the industry and customers eco-system to position NXPs products! The ideal candidate will have a background and familiarity with payment, e-Gov and MIFARE semiconductor products, preferably a background in Business development of Smartcard, Passport, eID and payment solutions. Experience in negotiating contracts, working with government and experience in tender management is extremely desirable. Exposure to SAPAC countries outside of India is an advantage.
