Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Expansion
Develop a 5-year expansion roadmap for clinic growth (new branches, franchising, partnerships).
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential new locations.
Oversee business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting for expansion projects.
Marketing & Brand Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to design patient acquisition and retention strategies.
Strengthen brand positioning of Magnum Clinic in the UAE dental market.
Plan and oversee community outreach initiatives (schools, corporates, wellness events).
Corporate Partnerships & Insurance Relations
Secure tie-ups with insurance companies, corporates, schools, and wellness programs.
Negotiate B2B contracts for employee wellness packages and corporate dental plans.
Establish cross-referral partnerships with health and wellness businesses.
Revenue & Operations
Set and monitor branch-wise revenue targets and KPIs.
Improve chair utilization, conversion rates, and patient retention metrics.
Standardize operational processes across all clinics for consistency and efficiency.
Team Leadership
Train and mentor clinic managers and front desk teams on sales, communication, and patient engagement.
Create a performance-driven culture with a focus on patient satisfaction and business growth.
Innovation & Service Development
Introduce new dental specialties and high-demand treatments (aligners, implants, cosmetic dentistry).
Explore digital health technologies (tele-dentistry, patient apps, AI-driven care solutions).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Expansion milestones achieved (new clinics opened, franchises launched).
Year-on-year revenue and profitability growth.
Corporate and insurance partnerships signed.
Patient acquisition, conversion, and retention rates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
15+ years of proven business development experience (healthcare/dental/medical sector preferred).
Strong network with insurance companies, corporates, and healthcare partners in the UAE.
Expertise in scaling businesses or managing multi-branch healthcare operations.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
