Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, and other sectors.

* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

* Arrange client meetings and presentations to promote the company’s manpower and outsourcing services.

* Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high client satisfaction.

* Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.

* Monitor contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

* Stay updated on labor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

* Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports and sales forecasts.
