KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Melbourne property market to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential areas for expansion.
Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for the growth of the company’s property portfolio, including sourcing new development sites and investment opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, real estate agents, government bodies, and corporate clients.
Lead Generation & Negotiation: Generate leads and initiate discussions for potential property acquisitions, joint ventures, or new development projects. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Project Management: Oversee property development projects from concept through to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Financial Planning & Reporting: Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for new business ventures.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure all business transactions comply with local regulations and legal standards, including planning permissions and zoning laws in Melbourne.
