Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team at Calculate Capitals LLC. This role is available on a part-time (20-30 hours/week) or full-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your schedule. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the UAE, GCC, and international markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker with a passion for financial and consulting services, capable of turning leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation in sectors like finance, tax compliance, digital growth, and project management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including startups and established firms in the Middle East and USA, by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions such as financial planning, corporate tax advisory, ERP implementation, and digital strategies (e.g., SEO, social media, and paid ads).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including pitching our end-to-end services like bookkeeping, forecasting, internal audits, and compliance support.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to create customized proposals and strategies that align with client goals for sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
- Represent Calculate Capitals at industry events, webinars, and networking forums in the UAE and beyond to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
- Track and report on business development metrics, such as client acquisition rates, pipeline status, and conversion performance, using CRM tools.
- Support digital growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for clients to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions through our performance-driven solutions.
- Assist in market expansion efforts, navigating compliance across regions like UAE, KSA, and the U.S., while leveraging our 24/7 support model for global client engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in consulting, finance, tax advisory, or digital services.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth in competitive markets, with experience in the UAE/GCC or international business environments.
- Strong understanding of financial consulting, corporate tax regulations, project management, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and present complex solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools for lead generation.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous for regional client interactions.
- Availability for part-time (flexible hours) or full-time commitment; willingness to travel occasionally within the UAE and GCC.
