We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth and identify new business opportunities for our engineering and architectural firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and experience in market research and business strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in engineering, construction, or architectural sectors).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential projects.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for management and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
