About Us:

We offer tourists exclusive safari tours, vibrant show programs, and exceptional dining experiences. We are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help us scale and attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies;
- Identify and attract new partners (B2B and B2C);
- Increase client flow through new sales channels and collaborations;
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with clients and partners;
- Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and identify new growth opportunities;
- Contribute to the creation and promotion of new tourist products.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development;
- Is familiar with the tourism market, preferably in the UAE;
- Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Has advanced English proficiency (knowledge of other languages is a plus);
- Is analytical, goal-oriented, and results-driven;
- Has their own car and a valid UAE driving license (mandatory);
- Is a team player and takes responsibility for achieving results.
