Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to create strategic growth plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives and maximize profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma preferred but not essential.
• 3–5 years of experience in merchant acquiring or banking.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, compliance, and payment products (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP).
• Strong communication, negotiation, marketing, and sales skills.
• UAE market knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
