BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation.
• Assist in feasibility studies and cost benefits analysis for new business initiatives.
• Monitor competitive landscape and customer demand to support business strategy development.
• Provide support on contract negotiation and contract management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively prospect new leads through targeted outreach strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine service offerings.
• Attend tender interviews and follow up with tender requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably with experience in similar industry.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work settings.
