Responsibilities

As the Head of Outbound Business Development at Market Logic, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and scaling of a high performing outbound function in a complex B2B SaaS environment.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with both our marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies, optimize engagement processes, and ensure prospects have a seamless, impactful experience from their first interaction with us. Your focus will be on meeting targets to drive our outbound demand generation targets including conversion rates of SQLs to Sales Opportunities.
By leveraging marketing touchpoints and outbound outreach, you will play a critical role in driving qualified sales conversations that result in new business.
To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of outbound sales strategies, a track record of building and scaling teams, and experience driving pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS context. You will also be responsible for setting key performance metrics, optimizing outreach strategies, and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed set targets.
