About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber professional who combines strong field presence, persuasive communication, and operational discipline. This is not a desk-based digital marketing role. It is a field-driven and administrative position that requires direct engagement with institutions, decision-makers, and clients, as well as hands-on involvement in the institute’s daily operations. Success in this role is measured by your ability to convert interest into signed contracts and actual revenue, whether with institutions or individual clients. Core Mission To demonstrate strong closing and deal-conversion capability with: Institutions and organizations (B2B) Parents and individual clients (B2C) This includes convincing the target client to choose Alaysary Institute over alternatives and successfully translating that trust into financial agreements. Key Responsibilities 1. Field Marketing & Institutional Relations (Top Priority) Conduct regular, structured field visits to targeted institutions (ministries, schools, authorities, organizations). Meet with decision-makers (Directors General, Department Heads, Section Managers). Professionally present the institute’s profile and tailor service proposals to each entity’s needs. Demonstrate persistence, resilience, and professionalism in navigating institutional processes and bureaucracy until contracts are successfully closed. 2. Sales & Client Management Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed clients through effective negotiation and persuasion. Build, maintain, and regularly update a structured client database. Develop long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. 3. Administration & Financial Operations (Supporting Role) Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth delivery of training programs. Manage basic financial operations, including: Issuing invoices Following up on collections and payments Monitoring expenses Preparing periodic financial reports for management Ideal Candidate Profile Strong personal presence and confidence in meetings and formal settings. Willingness and ability to perform intensive fieldwork and consider it a core success driver. A true multitasker capable of balancing field sales, administration, and financial coordination without loss of focus. Demonstrated persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing capability. High level of reliability, discipline, and integrity in handling administrative and financial responsibilities. Prior experience in training, education, institutional sales, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage.
