Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans to identify new market opportunities and drive revenue.
• Conduct thorough market research to uncover industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Create compelling pitches and presentations tailored to target audiences, showcasing the value proposition.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 4+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the man power supply industry.
