We are seeking a person that loves meeting new people and is able to sell our products & services in the local area. The right candidate is motivated to meet new people and has a ‘hunting’ mentality in sales where you are always looking for the next new customer.
The industry is electrical & AC for residential and light commercial. Product training will be provided. We have knowledgable staff to quote and advise customers so deep knowledge is not required. Prior industry experience is not a requirement.
The role pays a base retainer with a commission. We have set it up so that a successful candidate can earn $50/hr+ within 12 months. Because of multiple sales per customer being normal, the ideal person is looking for something longer term and possibly at some stage could go to a full time role. We are currently not offering full time. Minimum is 16 hours /week with more possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating new customer relationships
• Driving revenue with our suite of products & services
• Spreading the word about what we do / be an exemplary brand ambassador
• Maintaining relationships for multiple sales & on-going work
• Ensuring service levels are kept with customer feedback looping
• At times working with admin and service providers to deliver the best customer experience
• Solving customer queries where required with the help of other members of the team
