We work with universities, companies, institutions, governments, and industry experts in Europe and beyond to deliver real-world learning experiences through online, offline, and hybrid formats. Tasks We are looking for a Business Development Partner to support the growth of PraktikaX by promoting and selling our programs to: Universities & educational institutions Companies & organizations Government & public sector entities Training centers & professional bodies This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, confident in communication, and motivated by results. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Edu Praktix programs (internships, bootcamps, industrial courses, workshops, and custom training). Identify and approach potential partners and clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions and decision-makers. Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospects. Coordinate with the internal team to align client needs with suitable programs. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline independently. Represent Edu Praktix professionally in all communications. Requirements Strong background or interest in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Education. English level: C1 or equivalent (mandatory). Arabic language: Strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Results-oriented mindset and comfort with commission-based work. Experience in selling B2B services, education programs, or training solutions is a strong plus. Familiarity with universities, corporates, or training ecosystems is an advantage.
