The Role Customer acquisition, hunting sales role, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from identification and qualification through contract negotiation and signing. Understand customer’s business imperatives, articulate Kyndryl's relevance to these imperatives, and leverage consultative selling to establish Kyndryl as a key participant in customer's business ecosystem. Build and maintain long-term sustainable customer relationships with CxOs of assigned strategic new logos. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in new‑logo acquisition and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. Strong ability to understand customer business priorities and align solutions to strategic outcomes. Proven success using consultative selling to influence buying decisions and position services effectively. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C‑level relationships, including CIO/CTO/CFO stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling IT services, managed services, or digital transformation solutions in competitive environments.
