EDUCATION:

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, with expertise in building business cases and financial modeling, ideally in a startup environment and/or in the mobility industry.
• Proven track record in initiating, negotiating, and concluding successful business agreements.SKILLS:
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
• Positive thinker with flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution.
• Passion for exploring new ideas and driving innovation.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are advantageous.
