About the Role: The Business Development role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our company within the CA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing partnerships that align with our company’s goals. This role requires a proactive approach to market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and optimize revenue streams. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment and maximize business impact. Ultimately, this position aims to increase market share, enhance brand presence, and contribute significantly to the company’s long-term success. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners. * Track and analyze business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the United States market. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage client relationships effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. * Experience working in a B2B environment or within the specific industry of the company. * Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support strategic decision-making. * Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms. * Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Skills: The required and preferred skills are essential for successfully executing daily business development activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable the candidate to engage effectively with clients and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools supports the management of client information and the evaluation of business performance metrics. Strategic thinking and negotiation skills are applied to develop proposals and close deals that align with company objectives. Additionally, familiarity with digital marketing enhances the ability to leverage online channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
