Kent Services is looking for a results oriented Sales-Business Development professional (New York and New Jersey markets).

REQUIREMENTS:
A sales professional with experience in real estate, property management or a related industry is a must.
The business professional is responsible for generating leads, setting meetings and securing new clients across commercial, residential and government sectors.
Identify and target potential new clients, including: property managers, building owners and developers.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-maker to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
This is a hybrid position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, real estate, or related fields. Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills
