ABOUT THE JOB

Motus Power, a growing company specializing in HVAC energy efficiency projects, is seeking a full-time business-to-business sales professional to join our team. You will be a key contributor to the growth of our overall business. It is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with unlimited growth opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and AI predictive failure solutions.
The job:
- Leveraging your network, sales, and prospecting skills to find new sales opportunities.
- Developing relationships with owners, operators, general contractors, and potential partners
- Identifying new high-volume verticals and markets
- Generating a high level of outbound prospecting activity
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions
- Utilizing our Zoho CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities from the lead stage to closing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Two years of outside sales experience
  • HVAC/R experience preferred
  • Self-directed with a great work ethic
  • The ability to sell ‘value’ and solutions
  • Good communication skills
    · Success-driven with a passion for winning
    · Resourceful and creative
    · Able to travel at least 50% of the time throughout the territory
    · Experience with Zoho or equivalent CRM
    · Excellent people and presentation skills
    · Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented

COMPENSATION

· Base Salary of $55K to $65K, depending on experience
· On Target Earnings of $75K
· No commission cap

We are seeking a high-energy individual who can build their book of business through new customer opportunities, while also developing and maintaining relationships with leaders responsible for hiring facility services. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to prospect through cold calling and who diligently follows up on leads. You will play a vital role in creating confident buyers and fostering trust in Motus services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,103.00 - $65,388.00 per year
