QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in business, construction management, or engineering background (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project coordination (experience in windows, doors, or construction industry is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of building materials, windows/doors specifications, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
