YOUR MISSION

  • Business Development & Key Account Management:
  • Identify growth opportunities, establish partnerships, and implement strategies to achieve long-term success.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Track and manage complex customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication.

Strategic Projects:

  • Provide support to leadership by tracking progress across projects, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and R&D, to deliver exceptional results on client and company initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Proven experience in business development, key account management, and strategic project management, preferably in the flavour industry.
  • Track record of successfully managing complex customer accounts and delivering growth.
  • Skilled with Excel and PowerBI.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Metrics and goal-driven.
  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Motivated, flexible, and pro-active, with a hands-on mentality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Well-versed in O365 applications, CRM and ERP systems is an asset.
