Our client, a leading property developer, is seeking a Business Development with 5+ years of experience and strong market knowledge of Singapore and India’s property development sector. The role involves identifying investment opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving business expansion in both markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development within property development.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and India’s real estate markets.
• Proven track record in deal sourcing, negotiations, and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, networking, and strategic planning skills.
