JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth through enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a base salary position with commission incentives.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in business development or a related field including Rental and Strata building management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
• Familiarity with strata and rental building marketing strategies and their application in business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
