Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for the company.
- Present the company’s property management and short-term rental services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate proposals, and close sales.
- Onboard new clients and coordinate the setup of their properties.
- Understand client requirements and provide timely, practical solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve operational and property-related issues on the ground.
- Maintain accurate client, sales, and property records in Zoho systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Use AI tools and digital systems to improve productivity and execution.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely completion.

- Previous experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, short-term rentals, customer service, or business development.
- Candidates from Rajasthan or those available to attend the final interview in Jaipur will be preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, online booking systems, or property management software will be an advantage.
