Our client, a rapidly growing UK-based education recruitment agency, is expanding its international footprint and is looking for experienced 360 Recruiters with a strong focus on Business Development and Client Engagement. In this role, you’ll not only manage the full recruitment cycle but will own the client development process — from identifying new school partnerships to nurturing long-term relationships and delivering high-quality international staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Business Development efforts: Identify, contact, and onboard new school clients across the UK. Build long-term client partnerships: Develop relationships with Heads, HR managers, and school leadership teams to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment solutions. Own the full 360 process: From client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, screening, compliance, and placement. Pipeline and lead management: Actively manage your client portfolio and track progress against revenue goals and BD KPIs. Cross-collaborate: Work with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery for your clients. Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date with education recruitment trends, competitor activity, and international candidate markets to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications and Experience 2–3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally with international exposure (education, healthcare, or social care sectors preferred). Proven track record in business development — able to demonstrate: Number of new client accounts won Monthly or quarterly revenue achieved Conversion rates or client retention metrics Confident in outbound engagement (calls, email, LinkedIn) and building rapport quickly. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs, video platforms, and online sourcing tools. Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working across time zones. Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
