POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Recruiter, you’ll play a dual role identifying and bringing in new client business while also helping to deliver on active vacancies. This is a commission-only role to start, with a strong pathway to full-time employment and relocation to Dubai based on performance.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment or sales who wants more freedom, more earning potential, and a long-term opportunity in the UAE.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or business development (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of the UAE and/or UK job market.
• Comfortable with outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Proven ability to manage a recruitment pipeline and close placements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter attitude able to work independently and hit performance targets.
