EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruitment & Growth Officer to help us expand our home-to-school transport services across the region and nationally. This is a dynamic role that blends recruitment, operations support, and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive recruitment efforts to support our growth in home-to-school transport services.
  • Contact and onboard applicants, implement recruitment procedures, and support operational continuity.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate data and use spreadsheets effectively to support recruitment and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and develop actionable plans to expand into new regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and forecasts.
