Imperial Cleaners, a locally owned and operated Janitorial Services Company, is seeking an experienced and qualified Business Development & Regional Account Manager to join our team.

• This position includes Business Development, Contract Pursuit and Engagement for new business opportunities.
• In this role, you will actively pursue new business via phone, email, in-person prospecting, networking and present proposals to potential clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive new business and expand our market presence.
• This position requires knowledge and experience in the janitorial industry relative to the production of general cleaning, day porter, floor and carpet care techniques and service delivery demands.
• The ability to remain current on the techniques and trends of the industry and the competitive landscapes is imperative in fostering long-term business partnerships.
• The successful candidate should have extensive experience in securing and expanding new business opportunities in addition to contract management.
• Must be willing to travel within Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
• Compensation range based on qualifications and experience. A six month performance evaluation period will be required to assess the ability to develop business opportunities.
