Role: Business Development Regional Director – London
Location: London
Salary: Competitive Salary, Car Allowance & Benefits Package
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of senior-level experience in residential property management (ideally TPI Level 3 or above).
  • Proven success in business development and client acquisition, ideally within the property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RMCs, RTMs, and developer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and execute a regional business development strategy focused on expanding FirstPort’s presence in the London market.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with RMCs, RTMs, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Confidently pitch and present tailored property management solutions that meet diverse client needs.
  • Conduct market research to anticipate trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer expectations.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships that support retention and future growth.
  • Attend industry networking events and represent FirstPort at key forums and meetings.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Regional Director to ensure alignment with wider company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Generate leads by leveraging an established network of property professionals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across London.
