ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team and help expand our brand partnerships. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving the top of the funnel through outbound outreach. This role requires high energy, creativity, and persistence. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Outbound Prospecting — Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage LinkedIn to build and qualify a pipeline of brand and agency leads.
  • Lead Qualification — Identify high-potential opportunities and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • HubSpot CRM Management — Use HubSpot to track outreach, manage sequences, and maintain clean, organized data.
  • Pipeline Growth — Hit monthly metrics for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads.
  • Market Research — Stay ahead of Gen Z trends, competitive activity, and emerging brand categories to spot new opportunities.
  • Collaboration — Work closely with our Partnerships and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
