Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing commercial team in Singapore. As our first BDR in the region, you’ll play a foundational role in generating new business opportunities and building Addepar’s pipeline across Southeast Asia and the broader APAC wealth and investment management ecosystem.
BDRs at Addepar work closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to strategically identify, engage, and qualify target accounts. This is a dynamic opportunity to build a career in fintech sales, gain exposure to high-net-worth and institutional market segments, and help establish our presence in a fast-growing region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across the Singapore and APAC region.
  • Create, manage, and prioritize a targeted list of strategic accounts aligned with our commercial strategy.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations and engage key stakeholders in private banks, family offices, RIAs, and investment management firms.
  • Build and maintain account intelligence: perform research, add contacts, track activity, and collaborate on territory planning with Account Executives.
  • Help shape outbound messaging, regional campaign strategies, and prospecting tactics that resonate in local markets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities passed to the Sales team.
