ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to our Mid-Market Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for helping us meet and exceed our new business acquisition targets. This is a high-impact, front-line sales development role where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—introducing Agility’s offerings and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives to pursue.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are a driven and persistent individual with a strong hunting mindset, able to comfortably navigate through cold calls, email outreach, and research to connect with the right decision-makers.
This is also an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about a long-term career in tech sales. We actively invest in our BDRs through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and professional development to prepare them for promotion into full-cycle Account Executive roles.
