WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING:

  • 1+ years of B2B outbound prospecting experience, ideally in SaaS (new grads welcome to apply)
  • Comfort with high-volume cold calling and overcoming objections
  • Strong consultative sales aptitude
  • Passion for building a career in tech sales
  • Experience using CRM systems – preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, resilient, and coachable mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to our Mid-Market Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for helping us meet and exceed our new business acquisition targets. This is a high-impact, front-line sales development role where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—introducing Agility’s offerings and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives to pursue.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are a driven and persistent individual with a strong hunting mindset, able to comfortably navigate through cold calls, email outreach, and research to connect with the right decision-makers.
This is also an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about a long-term career in tech sales. We actively invest in our BDRs through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and professional development to prepare them for promotion into full-cycle Account Executive roles.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential new clients
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and email campaigns to prospects
  • Research, qualify, and manage leads using Salesforce and maintain disciplined pipeline activity
  • Understand client needs and pain points, applying a consultative approach to position Agility’s solutions
  • Consistently exceed targets on dials, emails, meetings booked, and opportunities generated
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support opportunity conversion
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on outreach results and market learnings
