JRA is expanding and we’re looking for driven On-Road Sales Representatives to join our team. If you know how to hustle, build relationships, and close deals, this is your chance to earn uncapped commissions selling high-quality aluminium windows and doors into the residential and commercial builder markets.
This is a commission-only role – no salary cap, no limits, no excuses. If you’re motivated, the earning potential is huge.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Win new business with builders, architects & developers
• Reconnect with past clients & nurture existing accounts
• Cover key growth regions:
• Sydney Metro (North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney)
• Central Coast / Newcastle
• Wollongong / South Coast
• Canberra / ACT
• Promote JRA’s premium aluminium windows, doors & skylights
• Provide first-class after-sales service & maintain long-term client relationships
• Report on market activity & competitor trends
