We work with global enterprises and fast-growing scaleups, combining psychometrics, data science, and automation to transform how hiring is done. 🎯 The Role You’ll be the first point of contact for many future customers. Your job is to identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting — and book high-quality meetings that turn into long-term customer relationships. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the craft of business development and wants to help shape how modern, AI-enabled sales is done. 🧠 What you’ll be doing Prospect through a mixture of sources such as hubspot, linkedin, events and similar Qualify leads and research target accounts Communicate Alva’s value clearly and confidently Book qualified meetings and ensure smooth handovers to Sales Track activity and performance in HubSpot Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach 🙋‍♀️ You Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings Familiar with B2B sales and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) Ambitious, high energy and courageous Fluent in Swedish and English Go-getter, resilient, and eager to learn ✨ What we offer Transition plan Account Executive or similar role for high performers after 12 months A high paced and goal oriented team who celebrate small and big wins Strong tools, mentorship, and real ownership A company with an ambitious product roadmap On-site role at our Stockholm office 📝 The hiring process Application with screening questions Screening using Alva’s psychometric tests First interview with the SDR lead Case exercise focused on how you would approach the role Background check (yes, we take security seriously) Offer, signature — and a happy dance 🎉
