ABOUT THE ROLE A U.S.-based legal-marketing company that specializes in lead generation for law firms is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Appointment Setter to help expand their client base. You’ll focus on outbound calling to connect with law-firm decision-makers, introduce the company’s lead-generation network, and book discovery meetings for the internal sales team. Time Zone: U.S. Business Hours Salary: $1000-$1200/mo + Incentive WHO YOU ARE A confident communicator in the English language Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (smile-and-dial mentality) Results-oriented with a demonstrated experience in achieving meeting-setting targets Tech-savvy and able to learn CRMs and dialers quickly (e.g., Zoho, Vonage) Resilient and coachable, you take feedback, refine your approach, and stay energized Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the company leaders and internal sales team WHAT YOU’LL DO Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation Call prospective law-firm clients daily to secure qualified appointments for Account Executives Follow structured outreach scripts and tailor messaging to capture interest and handle objections Log calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in Zoho CRM, integrated with Vonage Research and identify new or emerging law-firm leads to expand target lists Performance & Reporting Maintain consistent high-volume activity (hundreds of calls weekly) Book an average of 5+ meetings per week by ramp period; 10 per week represents top performance Track daily activity and provide concise weekly progress summaries Collaboration & Systems Partner with the sales team to refine scripts, lead lists, and outreach strategy Share feedback and insights to strengthen campaign results Engage in regular coaching sessions to improve communication and conversion effectiveness 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment-setting, or B2B lead generation (preferably for U.S.-based clients) Proven success in high-volume cold-calling or tele-prospecting roles Excellent spoken English and professional phone demeanor suitable for U.S. audiences (South Africa or LATAM preferred) Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms, dialer tools, and data tracking (Zoho and Vonage experience a plus) Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace Work From Home Training & Development Performance Bonus
