QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and storytelling abilities via phone, email, and social.
  • Confidence in conducting high-volume outreach and engaging busy executives
  • Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain high activity levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs and ERP systems (visual Infor, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira)
  • Knowledge of the RFP process and Sales Cycles
  • Knowledge of the transportation, power distribution, and PCB industries a plus
    A positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Anta Electric is seeking a driven, energetic, and ambitious individual to join our team as Business Development Representative. This is more than just a sales role—it’s the first step in an intentional, growth-oriented career path that feeds directly into our sales organization. As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in fueling our pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation.
We’re looking for naturally competitive, goal-oriented people who are passionate about building a meaningful career in sales. This is a high-impact role with unlimited growth potential.
You won’t just be selling—you’ll be sharpening your skills with hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development. You will be working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization, as well as a multitude of prospects from lower-level management to C-Suite Executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Work with various lead sources in support of strategic campaigns to qualify or disqualify based on specific criteria.
  • Identify decision-makers and key influencers using research tools such as LinkedIn, Industry Media, and Google.
  • Nurture prospects effectively until they are ready to engage.
  • Execute a consistent contact cadence to secure qualified appointments.
  • Build rapport with prospects by offering relevant resources (e.g., webinars, conferences).
  • Uncover customer pain points and needs by asking insightful discovery questions.
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Anta’s solutions to articulate value and overcome objections.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity goals related to outreach, conversations, and meetings booked.
